Textron IT Services is committed to investigating new concepts and paradigms in the field of Human Capital in order to help organizations significantly improve their corporate performance. The underlying premise for Textron’s research is that within the modern business organization, human capital is the most valuable resource for creating current and future wealth.

The objective of our research is the new integrated approaches to exploring human potential within organizations that lead to a better understanding of its dynamics and its impact on business performance.

At Textron IT Services, we exploit multiple methods to foster our research in these areas. We are actively involved in UK research and development projects.

Based on our breadth of experience, we also partner with Universities, Management Schools and Public Associations for teaching in advanced training courses on Human Capital and Knowledge Management
